Mo·ti·va·tion (mō'tə-vā'shən) n. The act or process of motivating. The state of being motivated. Something that motivates; an inducement or incentive. Something that causes a person to act in a certain way, do a certain thing, etc.
Health (helth) n. The general condition of the body or mind with reference to soundness and vigor. Soundness of body or mind. Vigor; Vitality.
Wellness (wel-nis) n. The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as result of deliberate effort. An approach to healthcare that emphasizes preventing illness and prolonging life, as opposed to emphasizing treating diseases.
Re·al (rē'əl, rēl) adj. Being or occurring in fact or actuality; having verifiable existence: real objects; a real illness. True and actual; not imaginary, alleged, or ideal. Of or founded on practical matters and concerns. Genuine and authentic; not artificial or spurious. Free of pretense, falsehood, or affectation. Not to be taken lightly.
