With over 16 years of successful weight management and motivating all types of people, SparkReality’s founder, Ruth McCullen combines her personal experience with the ability to enthusiastically motivate and, when appropriate, hands-on fitness and life coaching. She knows first-hand, weighing close to 300 lbs, what it means to go from desperate to successful. From morbidly obese to running, coaching marathons, working out with other athletes, cycling, kayaking, swimming and, most importantly, LOVING IT!
